I've only recently begun to have the experience of dining at Michelin rated restaurants or dining at other restaurants owned by Michelin star rated chefs. To the uninitiated, the Michelin guide is a rating system for restaurants for "outstanding quality" and is rather difficult to attain. I have to say I've really enjoyed the experiences of the tasting menus along with the wine pairing :)
