I've been asked by various friends that I have befriended, from my various adventures, to start a food journal to document my culinary experiences.
Not only do I enjoy the experience of sampling wonderous creations, I also enjoy the experience of concocting delights within my own kitchen and sharing the experience with my friends.
I must admit, I do rather enjoy my food and drink. So, the intent of this journal is to share my culinary experiences.

For those who are not already familiar with Miss Jasmine D. Light, here is a brief introduction.
Miss Jasmine D. Light is a member of Le Cancan Bijou and performs at The Great Dickens Christmas Faire & Victorian Holiday Party. Miss Jasmine has a penchant for costuming as well as dancing.
Miss Jasmine has a particular proclivity towards french wines, belgium beers, boutique chocolates, english & chinese teas, and french pastries :)

(Please note that Miss Jasmine also has a very peculiar habit of photographing her food - she does not intend to be rude, rather, she is quite excited by delcious food and wonderful plating.)
